No. As much as I enjoy seeing that "behind the scenes" side of Britney, chaotic was a huge mistake and not just because of Kevin. Like@@Veronica the witch said, I'd rather have a documentary.

Besides the kfed part, I don't see what the issue is. I feel like this is another issue where people watched it already having heard "Oh it's so awful" and just went into it very negative. Like, now that we've had so many reality shows I don't know that Chaotic would be so critically maligned. 

I remember in 2003 it really seemed "cool" to hate on Britney (even Zoe Saldana has mentioned the issue that Britney is an easy target). I guess because she was changing her image and people don't like change? 
I was reading reviews from 2003/04 whenever that was about Chaotic, and they were going on and on about how self-centered and dumb the show was. Now, after KUWTK et al, I don't think it would come across "self centered". And there was a lot of goofy parts and I think people take themselves too seriously, and see that and think Britney is a dumb hick.
It was cute, it was a fun tour behind the scenes, I probably wouldn't even care about the squishiness with kfed if things had wound up better between them.

Okay, all of that is to say, I think Chaotic gets a bad wrap due to preconceived notions and people taking things TOO SERIOUSLY. That said, we won't see another Chaotic. Britney exposed herself to the world, said please love the real me, and pretty much got spit in her face. Between that and it being a document of kfed, I can see why she thinks it was her biggest mistake.
