Well, them being flops means nothing. TIME clearly doesn't give a shit about that, it's clear they are going off production and lyrical content. 

 

and if you clicked the link provided, you would see LMBTL came in at #31. 

Man, i'm still so pissed she never did a proper music video for that song. It would have been a much bigger hit!
