Yeah, the biggest problem to me is it seems all over the place. Some songs don't fit where they are, and it just doesn't look organized at all.

The old show really was organized, there was that first segment robotic/futuristic, the dark second one, the urban one, the neon one, the sexy one, the circus one and the jungle one. Now it seems like it has been mixed up and there is no clear demarcation between some segments.

This is my biggest issue ngl, the costumes are fire and her energy is everything but the show is such a mess of everything and nothing really fits together anymore. Also they should've done more epic remixes and for the christ almighty use prerecorded vocals as it's a bit embarrassing atm with her lipping to album tracks.

Thanks britney! Finally you delivered what fans asked for. Amazing, fierce, hot and entertaining.

Love the costumes some if them are incredible. The red from freakshow stays and I am happy cause it was my fave. The green fit the section so so well. The baby one more time and slave are great. Love the schoolish vibe of the MaTM section. I am glad I love Rock and Roll is back and looks nice with the guitar the clapping part together.

Of course I like the new routines, gimme more looks good, Womanizer had improved, work bitch too... still have to watch break the ice.

I think that the show is what a Britney Spears show is about: fun, dance, sexyness and old time hits with recent ones.

So proud of Britney but a bit disappointed with some fans.

The point with the prerecorded vocals is to seem live even though we all know it's lipped already? Not sure anymore if we really need prerecorded vocals. It's actually the same... this way when they turbo the mic on fit a weird we notice it.

It gives her credibility in the industry and to the non-fans Vegas crowd would seem as if it was at least in some bits live. We might not need them but I believe it would greatly improve the experience as it did with FFT. I still remember people thinking it was live (it actually was in some shows). Her lipping to her 16 year old BOMT vocals from the album is just embarrassing honey. xpired.gif

It's not the same at all. First it doesn't sound like a cd is playing and then it's better to have pre recorded vocals with her actual real voice rather than a baby voice, it looks stupid during BOMT for example. Or lip syncing over a pitched to death song like 3 (it was removed but you get my point). Did you even go to a concert? You come for something that is or at least feels live and not like if you were at home listening to your cd  :zoomzoom:

I was so excited with Bom rehearsals videos but it seems kinda boring so far tbh, she posted the best part on her instagram.

i kinda agree with you. i mean it wasn't bad, i think it's cuz we got used to BOM being a more slow paced danced song and this one is more contemporary

Well, I was excited when i saw the rehearsals videos because i actually liked the fact this was contemporary dancing, and i expected it would be like that the whole song, but it seems it's only the parts she posted and the rest is just moving arms, walking, things like that  :boring:

I'm waiting for the rest of the performance but the first minute was boring to me, and the part when they walk i just didn't get it, like what's the point ?

SLAY ME BRINTY!!!

Yeah the setlist is a mess but fuck she's killing it so idc.

Intro is weird.

BTI new choreo is pretty shit compared to the original which is sad but Gimme More now being pretty much the whole song is giving me life.

The outfits are perfect.

Her energy is perfect.

This whole show is Slutney and I love it  :crying1:

That is exactly the point. When I go to a concert I expect them to sing live not to fake they do even when I know they are doing it.the point with prerecorded vocals was to pretend it was live when people thought it was actually live but right now I wouldn't expect that, Britney is abou a show not a concert. I also like prerecorded vocals but to me they don't make sense anymore since she records them in the studio and they are fixed as well. When she was doing oops and dwad she recorded them on stage in one shot so it was like yeah, she's not singing live now but she did once, in femme fatale tour and circus the songs she used were from studio and that's exactly the same as dancing to an album track just without robotic effects or the pitch correction. Sounds kind of live but it's pretending.

And by the way apart from 2 or 3 songs the rest of the show was album vocals in her shows since dream within a dream tour, the rest were album vocals.

Wow the new show is amazing! I think there's still a few "new show first day back" kinks to work out but I LOVE what I've seen! I've been a big hater of leotards from the beginning but all the new ones really flatter her body and the new matm costume is probably my favorite. Hate the new break the ice, that was my favorite choreography she had done recently, but all the additions make up for that! Can't wait to see how this show will progress once they all get use to the new changes!
