Do you think the new single isn't yet finished? Or perhaps they are waiting until the whole album is finished before releasing the single... Why do you think we haven't heard it yet ?

They're waiting because they're not ready to release it even though it's most likely done. Once they release it that most likely starts the b9 era and maybe they want to give a specified amount of time between the single release and the album drop/single 2.

A lot of focus has been on Vegas right now, and I think they're learning from Britney Jean it's not wise to do both at once. I think once the revamped Vegas hype dies down, we'll be hearing more about B9.

All signs point to "Just Luv Me" being the lead single but are waiting for the right time to release.  I hope she films the video first so both can be released simultaneously.  I think Britney learned from the lackluster response from both Britney Jean & "Pretty Girls" that fans aren't here for (ghost-singing) dated, subpar material.  Everything has to be correct for B9, so they're taking their time. I'm all for it.
