can someone assume of what he said because i'm not interesting hearing him talk. 

he said that Britney told him  " This is my favorite album Larry"  %80 of the album has been completed . It's nothing like she ever did in her last 2 albums.Her last 2 ones was straight contemporary pop now she found an interesting sound like Britney meet Slash meet Weekend.She and her sat down and decide to add a new section to show , Larry wanted to femme fatale guitar back and I love rock'n roll. Album has not been named , and the show might be hit the europe and asia later.The guy asked if she can promote out of her contract, but they said she's allowed to promote the album with rock'nroll festivals etc. She can do it but they're in talks about possibilities about oversea performances.

no larry joked about it and said " anyone can name it , you name it." and the guy name it " piece of me:studio version" as a joke.The album is going to be something Britney choose.

For those who are too lazy to listen, here's what he said about her contract restrictions and possible promotion.
 
I: There used to be the old model, record and then you’d hit the road. What’s gonna happen when this album comes out? Will the album be promoted outside of Vegas?
 
L: This is it. This is the tour. You’re looking at the tour. This is it, and people will come here and see her. That’s the model.
 
I: Is there any idea of her doing festival dates or can she do that in her contract? Is there any talk of doing Rock In Rio in ’17 if it comes to Las Vegas again?
 
L: She could. She could. [NOTE: His tone of "She could" is like technically, the contract allows it not like she could end up doing it.] Well, I don’t know about Las Vegas; there are certain territorial restrictions here.
 
I: Or Coachella?
 
L: Theoretically she could—to promote the show—but there’s not really talk about doing that. We might, might consider doing a few international runs like Europe for 3 weeks, Asia for 3 weeks and bring the show there. That’s a possibility, but nothing is concrete at all.
 
So basically, do not put your hopes up for promotion. He sounded very skeptical about doing any performances outside of Vegas. 
 
HOWEVER, he did sound really excited about the album, he said that "Britney rang him this morning and said that this is her favourite album ever" and that he completely agrees because it's not straight-forward pop like her two last previous albums but something completely different, "pop meets The Weeknd". The album is 80% done. It all starts after about 20:30 so go give it a listen.

Britney's upcoming 9th studio album is 80% done! @LarryRudolph confirms this in an interview with the Las Vegas Sun! Larry also reveals many more intricate details about #B9 and the new revamp of the Vegas show #PieceOfMe in an amazing 30 minute podcast which you can listen to here.

Here are some highlights of the interview:

-#B9 is about 80% Done

-Favorite album that she has ever done

-Different sound direction ("a turn") from all her previous albums ("Britney meets The Weeknd")

-Not as straightforward pop as her previous albums

-Interesting overall vibe

"People will absolutely love it and she sounds amazing on it; she has done "alot of writing on the album". "She has not sounded better in I don't know when"

-"Not titled yet since it isn't finished"

-Bringing the #PieceOfMe show overseas is being considered but not concrete (Larry gave examples: Europe for 3 weeks and Asia for 3 weeks)

-Britney herself put together the Missy Elliot dance medley in her Vegas show

-Her last #PieceOfMe show in Vegas is on December 31st, 2017

If her album is a success, it will definitely draw more people to go to see her residency, it's a win-win. IDK why, all the rumors about that PH contract with her sounds like they don't want her to promote properly.. I mean, she can promote POM and her album at the same time, by doing some TV interviews and performances etc, if she performs amazingly, people will eagerly want to go to Vegas to see the whole show in person IMO. It's like when you have a successful album, your world tour after that will go well as well..

Yeah yeah, I'm super positive and all that information sounds awesome! I do think that this year will be great, it's just that we have a great history of being lied by her team, so yeah, I can't help but be a little skeptic, but you're right, everything we've gotten so far has been amazing so it seems like they're getting their stuff together!
