DJ Mustard has recently talked about the new track he did with Britney Spears potentially for her new album #B9 during a promo run (for his tour) on an Australian radio station! You can listen to the interview here

DJ Mustard:

"Everybody keeps telling me about this Britney Spears song.."

Radio DJ:

"Well...okay?"

DJ Mustard:

"I don't know when it's coming out...I don't know when it's coming out!"

Radio DJ:

"What was your reaction when the phone rang and it's like hey Britney Spears wants to work with me?"

DJ Mustard:

"It wasn't even like that..It was like... J Gramm, he's a producer. He was like: Yo I got this song...and I like this song; I think Britney Spears would sound tight on it! And I'm like...word!"

"I never thought I could do that...I never thought I could be like yo let's call Britney Spears. I didn't think she'd wanna do it, and next thing you know alright..she's gonna cut the record."

Producer DJ Mustard seems very excited for this song to come out, and so are we!

Who hates him? I like him the rest of these people just seem to be skeptical of his work and how it will jive with Britney but I think they got something if he's so excited and B's team lets him talk about it (granted he's only repeating himself but still). Have faith.

I never said that I hate him though, I really like him as a producer. Loads of people on here hate him, whenever he comes up on here people say that he's basic and he's gonna make B9 flop

I got that you didn't hate him. Don't let the others opinions worry you. I think really it's not that they hate him, I just think they've only heard him do songs for rappers who like to talk about smoking weed and getting their dicks sucked. They don't trust that he can so something for Britney that won't sound like that so then they call him basic and think it's gonna flop. They're just being negative.
