It's all lies....Britney doesn't even know what "Quantum" means y'all! 

If she heard a demo named Quantum and she found it good and decided to record it, I'm sure she would look up the word and got to know what that word meant. I don't believe it either, because it all sounds too specific, there's just too many details. Not because Britney should or shouldn't know about a word's meaning.

I hate how unreliable insiders usually are because this got me so friking excited and I know I shouldn't believe this but I can't control my emotions. I deserve all the disappointment that I will feel when all this turns out to be fake, but lord knows that if it's true I'll die happily
