Britney Spears: American Dream

As y'all know about Brit's mobile game and how it's yet to be released everywhere.

 

Have any of you played it? I made a NZ app store account and downloaded it. My review so far isn't that great. 

 

The game is very glitchy, basic and get's boring after a while. There's not much dimension to it really. It's the same old get inspiration for a song, record it, do a little promotion and then do some random interviews at Starbeans.  The avatars are basic and the clothing choices are really limited. 

 

But I'm not writing the game off completely yet, I figure as much that this is a test batch (hence why it's not available yet in the US/Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia. The major platforms for mobile gaming). I still have hope lmao.

 

But if it stays the same then it's most likely gonna be a flop

In all honesty, who cares about these games? They were fun for a week or two when Kim K first did it but now? we've got hers, katy's, kendall and kylie's, isn't taylor making one as well? she's a year too late for this. the market is oversaturated and the games aren't particularly interesting either. This is most likely the final product, they are just testing stability so don't expect any major changes. 

 

her brand isn't 'game development' so even if it flops, whatever.

They need to make it less like Katy's and more like Kim's. Kim's is fun and I've played it off and on for a long time now. But Katy's is bloated, confusing, glitchy, and slow.

Tbh they can be fun. Kim's is/was fun and so is Kendall and Kylie's. I enjoy playing them all.

 

Katy's flopped and Britney's game had the chance to shine and to be the one decent pop/music oriented game. But the development is crap.

I can see Taylor's flopping as well but we'll have to wait and see.

I agree. I've played Kim's a few times and it's always been fun and theres always new missions and clothing and still to achieve. 

 

I haven't played Katy's and I don't plan to tbh but ugh just a shame.

I also read somewhere it isn't the full game. It's just a selected portion. Kind of like a demo. Apparently it was being used just to determine whether people were continuing to play it after the initial release period.

There's ppl that are saying that it's not the full version hence why ur limited to things and levels..etc .. I have to pretty much wait for the official version to be released
