Shes just being theoretical. Shes not really gonna take another year. Just that her mind set about this album is very serious and dedicated to perfecting it the best she can and if it takes x,y & z amount of time for it to be perfect for her she will take that time 3

The interview was likely conducted a few months ago though, and I think she was just trying to make the point that she didn't want to rush anything this time around, which is great to hear. 4
