I don't see the point on being on the cover of a magazine like V and don't use it on your benefit to get attention on your coming album.  

It's not like I'm expecting for her to drop the single just right now but she could simply take a picture of her in the studio and say anything from the single/album production. ANYTHING

I think the Magazine was a promo for Vegas and telling everyone where she is right now in her life with her career and family. Plus they chose Britney to celebrate their 100th issue which I must say is very nice of them tbh.

Paid HIAM, a #1 single, dust. and she chopped IWG another hit single which happens to be one of her biggest radio hits. She gives no fucks about FF lol. Everything about Britney's expression that era (Aside from the music which was actually a POP masterpiece)  was                  :fabrit:   lol The only song she must have cared about was TTWE

I agree. I hope someday we'll get to learn the whole story of what happened that era. Now that we are learning some not so nice things about Dr. Luke, I wonder if that has anything to do with Britney not really feeling that album. I also agree, that album is a pop gem!

Agree 100%. Now that things are emerging about Dr. Luke it does make me question how his and Britney's relationship was like. She never really talked much about him or about anything during that time really.

Britney didn't use this as a promo move nor did Britney choose to shoot for VMag, it was the other way around. VMag chose Britney to cover their magazine because she's what VMagazine represents. So we can't point the finger at Britney.

Britney has more things to come that I'm sure will create buzz once again before her single/album release

Between her puffy body, dead in they eyes look, and general lack of energy, I don't know why it's treated as such a mystery- she was almost 100% going through a health issue- be it thyroid or (most probably) related to her mental status. Most mental disorders take a lot of trial and error to reach a happy place with meds, and even a treatment that seemed successful can go bad. 

I mention thyroid because I read something recently about the unintentional loss of the outter third of your eyebrow indicating a thyroid issue- and she had that plus the weight gain and seemed fatigued and depressed. 

She was also having psoriasis issues a lot.

 

Basically, she was having health issues.

Jesus fuck keep up! I only check for B news once a week or something and even I fucking knew it was Vmag who wanted her on the cover, not the other way around. She has nothing to promote. MANY other stars are in MANY mags without promoting anything. Just fucking enjoy it.
