i'm not dumb thank you i got your point that you think that people think they need to sing nasally just to sound like Britney, and you find it insulting because Britney's voice is unique and you don't got it just by singing nasally. 

 

MY POINT is yes Britney's voice is unique but ALSO nasally so yes that's the reason why they'll sing nasally because it's a particularity of her voice, just like the way she breath and all that. But in no way this makes it insulting to Britney, of course they know they won't sound exactly like her , everyone has a unique tone and all of that, but most important, it's for FUN they don't take it seriously, so stop seeing everything insulting when it's not.

Britney herself asked her best friend to impersonate her on stage and he also did the nasally voice, as far as i know she was laughing and not crying, so why even make it a big deal when it makes Britney laugh.

because it's Britney's most iconic and hands-down most popular song to date? arguably one of the biggest songs of the 90s? you don't really expect people to be covering Perfume or Pretty Girls? 

Britney has WAY MORE than just one hit. Yes, baby one more time is her BIGGEST but not the only signature hit song.

You act like I was calling for the beheading of Ariana because I found her impression predictably bad. You don't think its an insult, that's cool. I do, that's cool too. I wasn't being outrageous and the only one making it a big deal is you.

There's a difference between her best friend playfully "impersonating" her on stage and another singer doing it on a television show

I know she won't tweet about it, but I think Britney would find Ariana Grande's impersonation -- and all the others -- funny.    

 

 There has been a lot of praise for her duties as host and musical guest yet the ratings are tied for the season's low.  That surprised me, I thought the episode was funny all the way thru and she killed it.

I have a love hate relationship with Ariana. On one hand I feel like she wakes up thinking that her shit don't stink (but who am I to judge, she could be the sweetest person) however, she doesn't come across as genuine in my opinion. Now on the other hand I love her voice and all of her albums in full ever since she released Yours Truly. I'm not gonna lie I'm ready for her new album to drop as of yesterday. As for her SNL performance I thought her Tidal and Jlaw skits were a good chuckle. I sometimes forget that she is an actress before she was a popstar. I actually lol'ed at her Britney impression especially towards the end. It was cute. Gotta give the girl some credit. She has her moments.
