I'm tempted to vote for FF because of the commercial success and for the quality of the music, but I just enjoyed the BJ era (while it lasted) so much because I could see how she started to improve when it comes to interviews and public appearances, plus we got a lot of iconic moments ("you have to wait and see" anyone?). So yeah, there goes my vote  :stahp:

I didn't think this would be the most popular thread from the others.

How the hell is FF winning when the majority of you people are always bitching about her dead eyes. Yes there was promo, but no energy. Whereas the BJ era was when she started coming alive again- regardless of how shit the album is.

Good Music:

Femme Fatale

Photoshoots:

Femme Fatale definitely

Performances:

We had good surprises like the S&M performance.

It was better than BJ since we had nothing in that era.

Interviews:

Britney Jean.

Femme fatale wins Britney Jean in practically every point, just saying.

I agree with everything except the S&M performance. It was mostly forced looking, she sat for what, half of it? And then she fucking runs off stage lol

Edit: Okay I re-evaluated the S&M performance. Not as bad as I remembered, at all. Still so funny when she runs off at the end.

I voted BJ initially because she was just making so much progress, but FF is such an iconic album, plus the HIAM video is one of my favorite videos anyone has ever done, it has so much symbolism. It may be the closest we ever get to an autobiography for her.

Sis we even got some live vocals in the FF era, she doesn't even sing most of the songs on BJ. Take a seat.

Lol I already renegged my opinion and my vote. I will remain standing.

Anything Britney Jean will never prevail. She and her team couldn't move past that "era" quick enough, and for that I'm grateful.   :prettay:

Anyway, I don't really consider Vegas to be part of the BJ era since it has outlasted the album in 3 years (and counting). In my opinion, FF was better because we had a great album, 4 great videos, two 1#'s, 3 top 10#'s, a platinum album and a tour. She wasn't performing as good as she is now, but she was improving

Actually, it was just a misfortunate TV cut. Watch here the alternative version of the performance and you'll see that our Humbleney just gave a space for Rihanna to shine for a moment (since it's her song originally), but then she came back afer Rihanna gestured her. ;)

Anyways, my vote goes for FF. :)

Britney Jean era had the best interviews we saw in years, she looked great throghout 2013 and if we count the beginning of Vegas as part of the era it's the best she's performed in years too (remember when we were exctied about 2013ney/2014ney performance skills? ehidk.gif) And WB music video was a blessing.

But on the other hand Femme Fatale had a better promo schedule and better marketing ideas. She was not giving her 100% but she performed the lead single, the second single and an album track and she went on tour..

Oh, and I loved the BBMA performance with Rihanna, she looked hot

So yeah.. I'd say it's a tie
