In terms of album and singles "Femme Fatale" for sure! But in terms of interviews and performances (POM) I prefer to "Britney Jean" era, and despite never having gone to see her in Las Vegas and have gone to her concert in FF Tour in 2011 in Lisbon, the videos that I see of POM it is so much better now than in FF era and even than the Circus Tour! No longer saw performances as good as it was in ITZ!

Anyway, I don't really consider Vegas to be part of the BJ era since it has outlasted the album in 3 years (and counting). In my opinion, FF was better because we had a great album, 4 great videos, two 1#'s, 3 top 10#'s, a platinum album and a tour. She wasn't performing as good as she is now, but she was improving

I consider Vegas part of BJ because the residence was launched in the same month the album was released as support to promote the album and has songs of BJ, but as I said in my comment in terms of album, singles and videos  FF era was better.
