I mean, look at how toned her body is. You can tell she worked out a lot. And yoga does amazing for her too. 1

I mean she's surrounded by her dancers who are all very VERY fit and I feel that really spurs her on to want to get in a better shape? Also, she's in a very happy place right now. Everything's doing great. Also, she's single maybe that gives her more time to focus on learning and loving herself more... I just love her newfound confidence. I love how she feels so empowered... Hopefully we get to see more in the new era! 2

I_need_me Posted March 28, 2016 #24 Report Posted March 28, 2016 I don't think it has to do with being single because she actually started to get noticeable better when she was dating Charlie. I think it has to do with the fact that she gets to spend more time with her family, she's carrying a healthy lifestyle not because she has to but because she wants to, she feels comfortable and happy on stage, etc. I also think they could've changed her meds, but I don't know that (I don't even know if she has to take meds) and talking about it is a bit uncomfortable so I'd rather not think about it, so yeah, I just think that overall her life is very balanced right now and she's able to enjoy every aspect of it 2
