Body shaming is someone who is speaking in a negative manner about ones image. That's something I did not do just because I said she looks better. I made it perfectly clear that she looked good before but looks even better now.. It's not body shaming when one is praising another's weight loss & beyond amazing results. It's sad that we can't praise someone's body for their now rather than their past w/out having it to be "body shaming"
