Britney Spears has put one of her Thousand Oaks, California dream home on the market, reports

. After purchasing a second house in the area six months ago, the singer is listing this first property she purchased back in 2012 for a cool $8.9 million. The single-story, Spanish style estate clocks in at a whopping 8,456 square feet,  sprawled across two plots for a total of over 61,000 square feet of land. The lavish mansion features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two offices, a cinema room, plus an impressive pool and outdoor entertaining deck with gorgeous views of the Santa Monica mountains. If this is the property Spears is letting go of, we can't even imagine how amazing her new home must be.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Besides for the stunning location and the amazing interior, the fact that Britney has lived in the house, is enough selling power!

One can only dream... We envy the new home owner already!

To be rich right? They hire people to move their stuff so it's no real sweat off her back i bet. Just the stress of a new place but that's a good stress so it can't be all that bad.
