They literally talked about everything except her single  :lmaolol:  :lmaolol:

Poor Igloo, tbh. She actually looked great on Ellen, but her new single is tragic and the album is going to flop so hard  :aww1:

I thought that too, they literally ignored Team. :omg: And I agree, she looked great, but it won't help with record sales, probably. :aww1:

Guys, what is she supposed to do? Not answer the question?
Let us not forget - Iggy doesn't do pre-screened questions like Britney does - so not answering it would make it a bigger deal. She is going to be asked about it. No one comes for Will.i.am or others when constantly asked about Britney. Leave her be.

With that said - only performing the single was definitely not enough to make it a hit, they needed to discuss its origins.
Oh well.

No one even really said anything about Iggy answering the question here  :zoomzoom:

The thread is just about the fact that Britney came up again... but it IS a trend with Igloo that her drama / feuds / celeb encounters become bigger stories than her music. If she hadn't brought that story up in the first place, it wouldn't have come up here. I think she looked great on Ellen, and I do appreciate her openness... but she needs to realize that  there's a fine line, and she's only hurting her career the more she feeds into this stuff. People don't care about Igloo the rapper anymore because she's made other aspects of herself more of a draw. I'm not even saying that to bash her... I really don't like Team, but I think she gave it a great visual, but it went basically unnoticed because other parts of her have taken the spotlight. The music should speak for itself.

It goes back to the original statement, that she never should have made in the first place. Because talking about Britney, positively or negatively, is going to get interviewers to constantly ask about whatever the person originally said. No one comes for will.i.am? Are you kidding me? Using Britney for publicity is desperate, bottom line.

I actually liked this interview .. I liked how Ellen asked her "Britney had your place checked out" and she said "well yea she's Britney Spears, she's super famous" this interview was great idk there's some ppl on here that are bothered by it tbh

lmao IKR! this fanbase can be so fucking pathetic sometimes I swear.

Like she got attacked for saying that she liked JLo's dancing more than Britney's,like seriously?

The girl can't even have an opinion anymore? :gloria:

And I don't see anything wrong with her talking about it,I mean it just shows how powerful Britney is tbh.

I didn't post it with that intention, I just posted it cause it was Britney related. But it does go back to her original statement; she knows that she shouldn't bring something like this up since it's someone's personal stuff, but she still did it. And it was totally unnecessary.

And about that Britney/JLo question - again, she's not new, she knows that questions like that are made to cause drama. She could've easily said ''I think they are both good, I'd see both of them" or sth in this context. I mean, come on, if Britney could avoid making decision between will.i.am and Madonna, she could've avoid this one. :P

I wasn't referring to you tbh.

Why would she be hypocrite though? She clearly likes JLo as a performer more so why would she lie?

It's not like she said Britney was shit or something so y'all need to stop seeing drama everywhere tbh.

I know, I just wanted to clear that I'm not accusing Iggy of anything, I just think she shouldn't mention anything in the first place. And like I said, she can have her opinion, of course, but I just think she's smart enough to know how media works and that saying that you like one artist over another (and you collaborated with both) because of dancing (which we all know is Britney's signature thing) is dangerous since they will probably try to pit them against each other. Especially after the rumors about not-so-friendly relationship between them.

But again - that's just my opinion and I'm not seeing drama here, I just think Iggy handled it wrong. :)

True, that I agree with.
