I know right!?! I'm surprised at how good it's looked lately!       Although I don't know about him doing her make up for the cover or a music video.. I feel like he's done some horrible make up and some great make up.. but I wouldn't risk it on an album photo shoot   These are some of my favorite Britney make up looks.. Ugh she needs to get rid of him !!! Don't get me wrong his hair & makeup for Britney has been great since the revamped show started but he's still no good for her. he's really not the type of make up artist u want when it comes to events , video shoots, photo shoots..etc .. Idk if y'all notice but whenever Britney works with a different makeup artist she looks more youthful because the makeup artists actually know what they're doing. Glenn he's more like a hit or miss when it comes to Britney & that's not good. It's not THAT good tbh, i mean it's just some very basic makeup. It's not terribly done for once but it's really nothing wonderful. It would look different on a red carpet with UHQ pictures   

And hell no, i don't want him for photoshoots, and same for events.

It's time she hire a real and professional makeup artist, she's Britney Spears. Glenn can stay for the Vegas show, we don't even have HQ pictures of the show anyway so who cares, but he better stay away from Brit for the new era.

Lol i don't know crap about make-up. For the last day of school, I'm gonna go emo and my best friends (2 of which are girls) said I had to wear eye-liner and I was like: What is that?!?!

I really don't think Britney cares as much about her makeup being consistently flawless in professional appearances/performances as she does about trusting the people in her inner circle.

He's her friend and probably one of the few people she opens up to on a regular basis and I think his friendship is more important to her. Of course she could hire someone else to replace him and keep him around just for company but she probably doesn't want to do that to him.

And honestly in his defense the makeup is never tragic, he just does average makeup and you guys have no idea how much direction he could be taking from Britney. She might like her makeup and thinks it looks great while you all think it looks horrid. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder right?
