Today we celebrate the release of 'Curious: In Control,' the third release form Britney's billion dollar perfume empire.

Following the tremendous success of Britney's first perfume, 'Curious,' Britney decided to release a limited edition spin off. Although the initial concept was to release the perfume as a limited edition only, the overwhelming success encouraged Britney and her team to release the perfume on shelves permanently and is still available in stores today.

The bottle was similar to the original - however instead of being blue, was black instead. In Control uses loquat fruit, midnight orchid, crème brulee, black vanilla bean, sugared sandalwood and musk.

When asked to comment on the name and concept, Britney said "As I get older, the names go with my age. It's more demanding, it's more sensual, it's black, it's about being in control. That's cool and inspirational ... girls need that."
