Omg Judge Orders Britney To Meet Face To Face With Sam Lufti!

This guy is a boil on the butt of humanity!!! She's doing sooooo great, hopefully, that includes the strength to face this piece of shit.

Considering his history, a judge would have to be a brain dead idiot to take him for his word, so I wonder does he have a legal, written/typed up contract to prove a "business relationship"??? If not, he needs to fuck off and move on already!!! I'm sorry but anyone who decides to manage an entertainer of her caliber and not get it in writing, has no case in my opinion and esp. if u include her frame of mind at the time!!

Yeah this sounds like he's gonna lose the case. He says she said she promised 15% of her earnings while he was employed by her and that she said she earns $800K a month when she's not working and then that her father punched him in the stomach.

1.he needs more than verbal agreement so unless she can recall exactly what she said to him (if she even did promise him this) and agrees what he's saying is actually what she said I don't buy it. Unless he has a secret phone or video recording of her saying this I think its gonna fall thru (and even if he does have it, its not admissable because that's illegal to do to someone).

2.if her father hurt him so badly that he wants money for it all these years later why didn't he call the police or press charges? Makes no sense.

I think the appeals court is only bringing this forward to get his case against them closed so it can be over with.

I bet once the deposition happens and the trial is over for good, her conservatorship will end. I feel like it was still in place all this time to protect her from Lufti and any other assholes from the 07 to 08 era who may have wanted to come for her, as well as maintain her custody, and reorganize her finances, personal affairs and most importantly her health.

No way that scumbag is not worth that money .. Britney needs to put her foot down and squash him like a roach. There's no signed documentation of her agreeing to pay him that much money

Although I agree that's his is terrible and that Sam is a scumbag and very obviously so, worse people have won their cases. As out there and corrupt this may be, someone in the courts clearly finds it worthwhile to thoroughly go over the issue again. The legal system doesn't always side with the victim and in a lot cases the perpetrator walks out the winner. If paying him off means her counsel can put things on their terms and have him agree to not speak of Britney publicly or attempt any communication between the two than it may be in their best interest rather than just have some judge decide. The further this thing goes the longer it take to get through so I'd just nip it in the bud and be done with it once and for all

They're not going to do that just because it would make it seem like all you have to do is sue her and because she and teams don't want to deal with it they'll just settle with you, regardless if you're case is strong or not. There's a reason she's paying her lawyers and it's not for them to just give up, give in and quit.

It's not really unheard of and can be mutually beneficial. Wouldn't be the first time either.

It seems like 2007 ain't never going away

But at the same time it's from some irrelevant tabloid so who knows whether it's true or not. There's obviously nothing filed otherwise tmz would of gotten a hold of it right away

Because there are still things kept in the dark, which of course is highly understandable. But for some reason to me it seems as if theres a door waiting to be closed on Britney's part about her past that still may be opened, im a big believer in life lessons and having things happen for a reason. When life gives you lemons you make lemonade better than any tea can serve. (no pun intended with Bey's lemonade)

I just want it to end .. This poor girl has clearly moved on but her past still comes back to haunt her. This dude just doesn't get it, he's obviously not gonna get a dime from her no matter how hard he tries. He's been to court several times & the judges still deny his case

Not for a case like this tho. He contributed to the chaos of that time and even people distantly following the events of 07 to 08 could tell he did not have the best interests at heart. Sure she could just sweep him under the rug with all the money but if he truly did her wrong, got in her head and in some aspect abused her, why should she give in without a fight?

If she and her team know that this was never truly promised then why give in? Just so she doesn't have to testify? Maybe she really wants to go off on him and what he did now that she's removed from it and maybe this will be the closure she needs to move past it fully.
