All eyes seem to be watching on the month of May for Britney's new single to debut. According to a recent Forbes article, writer Hugh McIntyre, revealed that Britney's new single will be debuting sometime in May. He says:

While a release from Britney hasn’t been officially confirmed,

several people connected to the pop singer have revealed to me that such a project is almost complete, and the timeline thus far has the first single debuting sometime in May

, with an album following a month or so later.

So far every media station has been saying Britney will be dropping a new single in May, but the question on everyones mind is WHAT DAY! Let's keep praying to Godney that it is SOON!

Larry said it's 80% done by Feb and now it's almost May.

I guess she been recording and adding song choice to the album?

There's other aspects to making an album besides recording. They could be mixing, getting rights cleared if she sampled anything, working on the tracklist, getting the credits together, finishing backing vocals, etc. She's most likely done recording the main vox by now.
