They won't know the exact questions but it's common practice for lawyers to "prep" their clients and give them a taste of what possibly could happen/be asked. She's ready.

Well of course they're going to do that but I'm referring to the exact questions that will be asked (which they won't know)

That doesn't mean one question is going to send Britney into an anxiety attack mess, she's ready for this otherwise the conservatorship would have put a stop to it like they've done in the past.

I never said "one question was gonna send her into an anxiety mess" nor did I imply it. I'm just saying she has high anxiety & she's obviously going to be really nervous .. And the conservitorship can't put a stop to a judge sis, only the judge can put a stop whatever they want & that's why they granted the deposition

You did, at least in my view. Of course she's going to be nervous, anyone would be nervous. But that doesn't mean she isn't ready for it, either. Actually, like in the past, her conservatorship/lawyers could argue that Britney isn't fit to stand trial/be deposed and thus she wouldn't be deposed. They did it before, hence why his case won the appeal. Because Britney is now ready to testify.

But they're not doing the deposition because "Britney is now ready to testify" they're doing it because Sam Lufti filed another motion for breach of contract & his lawyers also filed for a deposition which was granted by the judge, it had nothing to do with whether she was ready or not. Sure she seems a bit stronger now but no one knows how she is behind the scenes tbh.. Her stage life & her personal life are 2 whole different things. I'm not saying you're wrong nor I'm saying you're right.. The reason why I'm worried for her is because before 2010 she was herself & she seemed ok but then her court day in 2010 came & she lost custody of her kids and she ended up becoming a whole totally different person & it got so bad that they had to end up putting her on meds hence the way she was during FF era .. I just don't want this to affect her in any way that's all . This is the first time she has been put in a majorly situation since 2010 so I can't help but worry

I thought she lost her kids in 2007 and never got them back

There was another court hearing in 2010 to find out whether she would regain custody & she lost that case .. She wasn't herself after

Omg I always wondered why she SLAYED so hard during circus and all that progress was lost by ff :o

Girl no. She lost custody of her kids in 2007 not 2010 and I am unaware of any 2010 hearing, nor can I find any evidence of one, so if you have that I'd really like to see it. And it doesn't matter what Sam files and wants, if Britney wasn't ready to be deposed her lawyers would have submitted evidence saying it and a judge would grant the request. This is what happened time after time with not just with sam but anyone else that tried to sue her.

This. It has always been like that since the start of her conservatorship, it could have been the same again if Britney was still supposedly not able to do it now, but she is, it has nothing to do with what sam filed or whatever.

Also she's in a better place now, this was 10 years ago and it has nothing to do with the custody of her kids either and it's not like she would be caught off guard, she will be obviously prepared, not just for the questions/answers but mentally too. i don't see any reasons why Britney would have a meltdown just because she has to testify even if it's related to her bad time.

And even if he wins, all he wants is money from what i understood, it's not like shes gonna lose her kids again. So, sure she will be nervous just like a normal person but why would she become like a zombie because of this?

And anyway, they can't continue to protect her forever and acting like 2007 never happened, it's not the best move. She needs to face the reality, at least then she will be able to completely move on from it. Not saying this trial is good, but it will allow her to tell her truth and then move on for good.

I know she lost custody of her kids in 07 but she had another hearing in 2010 to see whether she would regain custody or not (which she didnt) .. and also If the judge already granted the deposition I don't think there's a way to beat around that since the judge has the main control of what goes on , I mean unless the judge got in contact with her lawyers for some type of authorization then yea I could see it

Like I said I don't recall a 2010 hearing nor could I find anything about it when I searched. Yes, the judge controls what goes on but if Britney wasn't able to testify her lawyers would have submitted that to the judge and the judge would have changed their ruling just as its happened for years.
