This confirms what I think, and have heard, that Britney will not only be performing that night (and actually at the award show, no pre-taped shit, as AXIS is not hers this month), but she will also be receiving The Icon Award (either with a tribute by others and/or a medley performance by her).

but the icon award was literally the only thing that was made up by the fans. the performance itself was hinted previously by robin leach himself so it makes the most sense.

Ok all this is just your opinion but definitely not factual. Hype is definitely a good thing because it causes excitement & creates attention towards the album. If it was just a surprise that just randomly dropped without ppls knowledge the her sales wouldn't be so pleasing
