Beyonce's mom presented hers, and Whitney's was presented by Whoppi Goldberg and accepted by her aunt & daughter.

Jamie Lynn & Mama L do all major speaking, and introduce the video...and then after the video...the boys could present her...imagine "Ladies & gentlemen, our beautiful mommy, BRITNEY SPEARS" - I think it would be such a talked about moment. haha

That's because she was promoting a brand at the same time. With billboard it's different because she going to win the millennium award and it's just for her & her accomplishments so I'm sure she'll have her own speech
