She announced the second single (Perfume) during the infamous GMA desert appearance and confirmed the release date the same day. But we didn't get the album title until she came to do promo in the UK, it was an exclusive announcement for Capital Radio. I remember listening to it live.

She waited for at least two singles to be out to announce the title of the album for the previous 2 eras.

 

If you count Pretty Girls as one of the singles (please Lord don't let it be on B9 ) then we're only one single away from knowing the title

Well, i'm pretty sure the single is out next friday or for the bbmas at the latest so hopefully the album will be available for pre-order after the bbmas (and its name too then), if it's out 4 weeks after the single like Robin said, it would be the best move, use the bbmas exposure to get some sales. Because it's not when  she'll come back to Vegas and the hype is all dead and announce her album on twitter that people will be interested in it
