I am just disappointed to see that they're wasting an excellent promo opportunity. We all know that Britney won't promote heavily, especially in the summer when she has a long run of shows, so the BBMA's would've been perfect.

Before anyone blames Team Britney or Britney herself, everything we have heard has come from third parties: news outlets and so called insiders. Britney's team have confirmed nothing. That being said I call their bluff on this and I still believe we are getting it next Friday.

Isn't May the start of summer though? I know colleges are already out for summer here and high schools/middle schools are out soon. He didn't really say it wasn't coming out this month. He did however confirm it is complete,  and he's played it for people who love it.

Team Britney didn't do a damn thing wrong. They've never given us a date - we've been going off the word of insiders WHO HAVE BEEN WRONG MULTIPLE TIMES. Robin Leach confirmed her desert performance in 2013 and said her album would be called "All Eyes on Me" at the time  

We all took his word and ran with it, and once again we're disappointed. WE'RE STILL GETTING A LIVE TELEVISED PERFORMANCE in less than 2 weeks. Godney is working hard on the album, has been slaying, and is back to Vegas next month... her team never promised a single this month. Either way the award show performance will raise her profile, especially if she slays. Y'all need to relax and hop off her and her team's dicks.

Even if we heard it from medias, i would blame them for the fact that it would be like REALLY stupid to perform at an award show and not take advantage of it, they did stupid illogical things in the past but that one would dethrone everything.

I also secretly believe it's a "surprise" so they don't reveal anything and even lie about it but uuuugh i don't know we'll see.

If the album isn't ready, it would be stupid to release a single and make us wait months for everything to get finalized, or risk continuously pushing it back. She's receiving an award and performing a medley of hits - either way that's promo and it will raise her profile. Y'all are so ungrateful.... would you rather her not perform at all because the album isn't ready? We have been told from as soon as the award / performance was announced that it was a greatest hits medley.

I knew To take robin's info with a grain of salt but it's just disappointing to hear that they wasted a great opportunity to debut a single on an awards show knowing that britney rarely even performs on those anymore...and if it does come out in the middle of summer I bet their will be no promo since she's stuck in vegas.

She's not 'stuck in Vegas' all summer, though. She starts on June 17 and is off from July 13 - August 17, which is OVER A MONTH. If the album comes during that time, there's plenty of room for promotional efforts. She literally only has 6 shows per month anyway... some of y'all just think without speaking and get too damn worked up over false rumours. Her team is keeping her name out there with V Magazine, this performance, etc. Even when she doesn't have a damn single out she's doing stuff for us, and all you guys can do is complain.
