Would you mind if the BBMA performance is pre-recorded?

    • No. A performance is a performance. As long as she give us another iconic performance I'm completely fine with it.

    • Yes. Is unacceptable another pre-recorded performance. We rarely get a TV performance nowadays. It would be really awkward when artists like Madonna, Beyonce, Rihanna, Celine and so many other will be there performing live.

Absolutely not. I'm not concerned about other artists, a performance is a performance. You'd think because she ISNT out there on everything promoting like crazy fans would be happy with what we do get

Why you guys always use that same argument "you all ask too much"?

We are asking too much for wanting Britney to do a LIVE performance?

I mean what's so hard about it? Do you see every other artist pre-recording their TV performances?

I don't think this kind of discussions happen in other fanbases because it's normal for them to see their artist perform LIVE so they don't have to worry about it.

But we do,how tragic it is though.

You can't expect everyone to want and be pleased with the same things as you.
Everybody is free to express their opinion so don't try to impose your thoughts on others because that's ridiculous. 

You're happy with a pre-recorded performance? Good for you! Not everybody have to feel the same way about it.

There's nothing wrong with wanting/expecting more from someone.
Some of us we're exigent with Britney because we know she's capable of doing more and better.

For me it doesn't really matter. A performance is a performance :) But of course I'm happy that we are getting a live one which is already confirmed! :excited:

 

 

This got me thinking though - a lot of fans speculated that her contract is different this time and allows her performing outside Vegas, but if she really isn't performing the new single - maybe the contract is the same? Maybe she's allowed to perform only her old songs? Does that make sense?

I asked them a question, no where did I say they had to agree with me. I legitimately want to know why a fan cannot be happy with a performance, any type of performance, and why they constantly demand more.

Just because YOU get satisfied with everything it doesn't mean that the others fans who have higher expectations are asking too much.

I don't remember seeing you making a single critic,you're ok with literally everything even when it's mediocre.

And no I don't think Britney is the only artist to do a recorded performance but in general artists perform live.

I feel like you take everything in a bad way,I want Britney to perform on the BBMAs stage because we haven't seen her perform live for like 5 years now.

Of course I'd love to see her doing her thang live on stage in the arena, watching the reactions of Rihtard, Filth Harmony, Areola, Hagdonna, etc. But if it's prerecorded, I won't care as long as its great. In the long run, people at home don't recognize or care about that stuff. All that matters to me is that she slays. So, yea, I'm hoping it's live but I wouldn't be crushed if it wasn't. The fact is we're getting a new performance aired on a major awards show, so I'm happy. I really want her to kill it.

I make criticisms all the time, but I'm able to do it in a respectable way where it isn't coming across as an attack. You aren't a bad fan for wanting her to perform on the stage, but you are dramatic for saying we haven't seen her perform in 5 years. Just because it wasn't what YOU wanted doesn't mean it didn't happen. 

 

You can have your higher expectations, but that doesn't give you a right to demand things and then get angry when what you wanted didn't happen. The type of performance shouldn't matter, what should matter is that she's performing, and performing well.

Don't worry,I won't. 

 

It depends on your intent. Do you find it tragic because of Britney or tragic because fans think they're being funny/want attention for those threads?
