the thing is I watched through this channel (https://twitter.com/tntbr) and the commentator wouldn't stop throwing shade at her throughout the show ("Look, Demi is a great singer. Watch out, Britney Spears!", "Here we have a real singer... one that really sings")

I watched all English at the beginning but then someone in my house changed the audio and then this mess happened

The positives very outweigh the negatives with this one.  The praise is in every single news headline and article.   Her harshest critics only have lip-synching to hold against her and even that is weak, because everything else was on point during her number.  Sucks for them.

I watched with my friends family and it was really annoying my friends dad was like going on and on about the lipsyncing and my friend would not stop commenting about how stiff she was -.- I enjoyed it. there were bad parts (work b especially) but there were some good parts too

Haters gonna hate tbh but even with the lip sync stuff, the prerecorded parts really threw some people off and thought she was singing partly live.  I'm so slayed I can't even deal.
