And she can promote* outside of Vegas, she cannot PERFORM outside of the state of Nevada.

She can promote via her social media accounts. That's about it. She can sell her perfumes worldwide, but that doesn't have anything to do with her music or her Planet Hollywood contract.

Makes no sense because any of the songs she performs would have worked for the BBMA performance in that case and she could have chosen more well known tracks.

I think what happened was she's tired of performing BOMT, she didn't want to do another award show performance for GM to avoid comparisons to the VMA07 mess, and she wanted to use the guitar and pole props so ILRnR and S4U were chosen. It's probably not as deep as you make it seem.
