(Still bitter about that too). There are videos like Gimmie More, Everytime and Perfume where the concept was changed too, but I can't think of any more unreleased... 1

The first scene of the video she is laying on a bed with her hand on a pregnant belly, but the rest of the video doesn't acknowledge that concept at all really. The fact that there is a clip where she is pregnant makes me think they shot more footage of that concept but scrapped it.
