So Exhell has a reliable insider for once. He reported on the video, director, etc. the day before.

Before any pics came out yesterday, he said:

David La Chapel directing... G Eazy feat on track ... This part is only on a soundstage, indoors. The bits of the set I have seen look similar to TTWE underground industrial look.

Last night he also confirmed that day 2 was happening today:

Video continues shooting tomorrow. Have a super early call on location. No longer on the sound stage.

  • Not going to say too much tonight, cause I want to be able to make it through tomorrow, and have more to share.... But guys she's bringing it!!!
  • It's blackout urban!
  • And no "steaming like a pot full of vegetables" garbage. She's back y'all : )

He said all of the crew's phones were taken away on set, but since today is on location who knows who may be around. During WB and Perfume we had pap shots. Obviously with PG it was super public, but I think they'll be more restricted and private this time.

Many of her past singles have been described as very blackout and at the end they sounded nothing like it, but who knows, everyone keeps talking about a more dark, smooth vibe so maybe they're right this time :bomt:

I think this album will have moments in line with the urban stuff on Blackout (Gimme More, Break The Ice, etc.) I'm thinking this first single will be radio friendly but a lot of the album will lean towards stuff like BOM / TOMH / Inside Out.

Yeah, exactly, my guess is that the lead single will go along that vibe but it'll still have a strong dance influence, after all she needs it to be played on the radio and to be danceable so people get easily hooked!

blackout is not urban imo, so i'll wait & see. It's very subjective when you describe a song.

If it's like G-eazy's music it would be cool :lollipop:

Sure, the ENTIRE album isn't, but Gimme More, Break The Ice, Get Naked, Perfect Lover, and WSIBS are very urban influenced.

They're definitely her most urban tracks in addition to Slave, Boys, and Outrageous.

Yeah they can't be too artsy fartsy with the first single that would be too risky since they need to clean all the mess from PG and BJ, probably a club banger for now and then the rest of the album can be as hippity hoppity as they want it to be :smokeney: just my thought

This person claims to have been on the soundstage all day yesterday so they would have heard the song, or at least sections of it, over and over. Why haven't they given us any lyrics or anything yet? Its fishy as fuck. :grumpy:

To me it's more electro with a dark vibe than urban :blackoutsmiley:

I think that describes stuff like Freakshow, but to me Break The Ice, Perfect Lover, etc. are very urban.

Anyway, regardless of that we think individually, that's obviously that the poster was referring to.

Generally the Danja-produced songs on Blackout are referred to as her most Urban songs.

He can't risk it. This is obviously his first chance at something as big as this. He's obviously a rookie, so he won't risk getting caught and screwing this chance/his carreer over feeding hungry fans with juicy details such as lyrics and/or snippets. :tbh:

"blackout urban" nooooo i want  a hot dance track club song so i can pooped my ass to it. But guess at this point i have to take whatever Britney gives it to me. :crying1:

Not here for any more of the trash EDM-influenced sound that took over on Britney Jean. It's garbage and it doesn't suit Godney.

Same, I want Britney to be twerking her lil ass to some urban beats and licking some black dicks then pouring melted cheetos on the latinos for fun ya know, cool and funky.

I think from the descriptions, she's taking a more Justin Beiber/ Selena Gomez kind of vibey productions and I am so excited because I think she'll kill it and I know she's rumored working with some producers that worked on their Albums! :yay1:
