I'm pretty sure it gave her a bad allergic reaction/hives so it's understandable why she'd consider it dumb. The performance was still amazing though.

Yeah I was thinking the same, that performance is Iconic and is one of the things she is most memorable for!

maybe shes refering to the animal itself like the whole gorrilla thing. she might not of realised its classed as "animal cruelty for entertainment" when she was younger?? who knows

My take as well -- not the actual performance being dumb, just her using an actual live snake -- and I agree.  Didn't someone die recently after performing with a snake onstage?

I doubt she meant the performance itself was dumb, but a huge snake around your neck and there was also a lion or a tiger in the cage with her at the start of the performance, that's some risky shit despite trainers being there, lol
