Can People Not Start Destroying the Video already?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, good or bad and I wouldn't take that from anyone, but it's all about how you express yourself and the way you come off. There IS a way to give a negative opinion/criticism without attacking Britney/her team and that's where the lines get blurred because everyone is too concerned with coming off witty and cute rather than expressing how they feel in respectful way.

i hope i'm doing better lately

YOU'VE SEEN 15 FKING SECONDS, OF WHAT LOOKS TO BE A RUN THREW, AND NOT EVEN THE ACTUAL FILMING.
Like, i can't with all of you having meltdowns, complaining, and already bitching over the video when you've literally seen 0.000000000001 of what the video probably is.

Too gay? really? This is a woman who basically had a sauna orgy for a music video. TWICE.
Copy of Work From Home? no. I love 5H but, girl, no. The concept of a construction site music video is not new, nor is it revolutionary.

I can't. Some of you need to fly on over to Exhell, cause that's where you belong.

but exhale is down now :neyde:

Honestly, what irritates me most is the premature bitching, obviously fans aren't gonna love everything an artist does but at least wait till you've seen/heard the shit!!

The few of y'all look ridiculous claiming something is gonna be bad/flop when we haven't heard or seen anything, like what are y'all clairvoyant, can u see into the future, lol. Now when the finished product comes out and u listen to it or watch it as its intended to be seen/heard (meaning not these shitty, short, third party, from a distance, sneaky videos ) and your disappointed, then your complaints will at least make sense, even if others disagree.

Also, like someone else said, there's a way to express your disappointment without being a first class, grade A douche!!!

The main page is a completely different story tbh, I never visit it.

And like @Baby Go Slow  said, I was referring to the commenters and "fans" on this site, not the actual site itself. You cannot deny this place has gotten extremely negative and annoying in the past couple months alone. It use to be a fun place where fans could freely share their opinions, but it's slowly becoming exhale 2.0 with the amount of petty, disrespectful towards Britney, bitchiness going on. And I for one want no part of it.

If that's the case you could've simply referred to it as either community or better said the pillars of community - fans. Negativity is everywhere, it's on your twitter feed, in the YouTube comment section, Facebook comment section and on the forums. The moment it gets insulting too the problematic ones will be expunged immediately which happened a few times already last month. Some people are pessimistic like that, some of them are enjoying dramatic atmosphere and some of them just pretend to be positive and all sweet when in fact they are not.

You see, the presence of such people on the Internet used to bother me until a couple of years ago when I just stopped caring and realized I could say whatever and whenever I wanted. Why? Because I chose to stay true to myself and get the right balance between what I think and what I type on the Internet. I don't need anyone to tell me that I'm resolute. I already know that so I have no regrets if someone misunderstands me or tries to provoke me or something. It just shows who and what they are. It's good to be familiar with your surroundings and aware of those who can't get themselves together because you can filter the content you see, thus avoiding what irritates you.

This is not just theoretical, it's practical too. Did you see that little circled "x" button below members' profile pictures? 2 clicks and you'll never see their posts again. Forget about their existence. They can rub their eyes with despair, put it in their salads and what not. Luckily for you - I'm pretty sure you'll find it handy. I wish I could do the same but fudge, I'm the one who does the supervision. I implore you to accept my advice and do what I suggested - it will make a huge difference.

I'm really not gonna sit here and argue over semantics. I appreciate the founders of this site, the mods and everyone else for everything they do to keep it running and satisfy members to the best of their abilities. If I offended you by saying this site instead of the members on this site, by all means I apologize. But nothing is ever perfect and there's always going to be ways to improve. Perhaps they're impractical, and perhaps they'd actually work. Unfortunately we don't always all see things the same way, which is really the basis of this whole discussion in the first place.

I'm not on this site enough anymore to bother with blocking people I find offensive, nor do I care enough. For me this site (again, because of the members) has changed from where I go to openly, without judgement and bitchy negativity talk about my favorite artist to now where I go to see whatever is new (be it candids, info, and other things I can't get directly from her social media.) Going through thread after thread of useless meltdowns and petty bitches is tiring and one of the many reasons I stopped visiting exhale all together. Of course there will be negativity and the same issues on this site anywhere you go, because people will never change especially when they have the anonymity of the internet to protect them. That doesn't mean you have to accept it, like it and just muddle through. I will voice my opinion, in a respectful manner, about things I don't like. Just like people will continue to bash Britney/her team on a forum that is meant for fans.

Arguing? More like partially disagreeing. I don't drag, burn, snatch weaves, slay, etc. I could've simply said that your initial post made me uncomfortable with no explanation. That would lead to arguing. Forgive me for being semantic as you say, I rarely post on here so you won't be seeing more of it that much.

I do agree with you to a certain extent. I feel nothing else but disappointment when I see what this fan base has turned into. Some amazing people who always used to be around are not here anymore (I don't think they left because of negativity) and without them this community feels different. It has changed indeed.

Anyhow, thanks for taking your time to respond. Exchanging real thoughts is interesting, don't you think? Have a nice day.

Hmm idk, opinions about/according to the pictures/video maybe ? :drown:  Your comment is just pure hypocrisy, People saying they don't feel it or are afraid it will be too sexual or whatever is just the same as excited people saying she looks amazing and it will be an amazing video etc. while they haven't seen it yet either but they judge according to what they have seen so far. So stop with your nonsense and don't go on forums if you can't accept people having different opinions.

I agree with you sis about having different opinions, but the thing is there's nothing hypocritical about having an optimistic one saying that its gonna be a great video because thats all just excitement for whats to come. :tbh:

HOWEVER, members coming in a negatively judging whats only 15 seconds of a clip saying its all bad, and that its no good and that they dont like how its going have NO premise at all. They don't know what the end result will be and should wait till the video is out to critique.

Theres this misconception that ive seen on here where memebers believe theyre speaking the truth by being negative. Those who aren't negative and speak postively about what they see are seen as DELUSIONAL. Just cus you're not being postive doesn't mean you're speaking facts lets get that straight.

I will bitch a bit about the video now.

I love how it's going and the direction Britney seems to be taking for her career. It seems like it's gonna be sexy, fresh, urban, and most importantly, not as vulgar as Blackout.

The problem is, Britney's team always fucks everything up. I know Brit is getting too excited about the video, but honestly I'm sure her label is gonna scrap the whole concept. I'd rather have an average video concept but not to be changed than having a supa bomb vid which is gonna be changed last minute and end up sucking.

I'm also afraid of Britney's team pulling an Original Doll. What if this album never gets released and shit gets outta control again? :crying3: Honestly, I hate the idea of the queen daring to do such controversial stuff.

So I'm not bitching about the concept itself, I just complain about how her shitty team will screw everything over and we'll get smth worse than BJ

Tell me about it, said it before, I'll say it again, some people just aren't happy unless they're complaining.

I also don't understand the too gay part, all I know is as a straight female, I'm enjoying all the hot guys, lol

I know right! I found that such a lame excuse to complain because people were acting as if the video could only be enjoyed by gay people! As if straight women wouldn't enjoy seeing hot men aswell, as if people who aren't gay wouldn't be able to enjoy a product that "supposedly" wasn't targeted to them, because honestly, if we could only enjoy the stuff that's been designed for us then gay people wouldn't be able to watch any TV show, any music video, any advertisements, etc. because the lgbt+ groups are barely represented by the media, so yeah, I think straight people should be able to handle watching that  MV :bomt:
