VMA 2016 Producers are working around the clock to get Britney Spears to perform at this years show, along with Rihanna, Gaga, and Kesha.
I have tried to find this article, but have yet to find it - so I myself, would take this with a grain of salt.

However, if this is true, it could explain the whole May/BBMA/Robin fiasco. Because, as much as I want to think Robin is wrong...he's way too high profile & connected to just put random shit like that out there. Especially considering that a performance on the VMAs, with new music, would be ALOT MORE HYPED then the BBMAs.

Well, the fact that they're trying to get her to perform isn't really news, I'm sure they'd want the biggest stars to perform every year, you know? Now, if a reliable source tells me that her team is really considering the possibility of a performance there that would be exciting news!

I hope that she does perform but only if she wants too. She shouldn't do it because her team forces her. But we all know she's ready and I think she is definitely up for it. BBMA was one of her best performances, so I'm totally down for part two especially since it would obviously be her new song! Come on Britney you can do it! Open the show and bring the house down!

Omgg yesss the VMA's would definetely be a big step! Imagine if they did a biggest hits medley that actually included her biggest hits :xf7: I'm definetely ready to see her kill it again!

MTV wanting Britney is hardly groundbreaking news and robin has been very wrong in the past so him being "high profile" is irrelvent

But yet y'all are gonna ignore the fact that he said the title was "make me" right? And when he was also right about the BBMAs? And the revamp?  Oh yes sis he's definitely "been wrong"

I would love to see her perform at the VMAs again but I don't believe this. People keep on mentioning that "USA today" stated that but yet there's no screen shots of it & no link ? miss me with this mess :no1curr:

I've said this numerous times about Robin but I'll say it again. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Getting a few things right here or there doesn't take away from the fact that he's gotten just as many wrong. Robin is not reliable to me, but if you wanna believe him, by all means I'm not gonna stop you.

Oh fuck no. Britney should close the show.
She should be the last thing people see that night - especially considering it will be the most high profile, and hyped, performance of the night without a doubt.
She wouldn't really be nominated for anything. If anything, she should present an award, or heck, even co-host the show with LL Cool J, then perform a medley of songs, and ending with the world premiere of her brand new single.

Yeah, I really don't get this distain for Robin like he's some random internet "insider," he's clearly connected with Britney's team.  Has he been wrong, sure, but he shouldn't be disregarded as some fraud.  The man has been in the business before the internet existed, where's the respect? :icant:

This.  There is nothing about this on USA Today anywhere, but I don't doubt the VMA's want her this year (like every year, I'm sure.)  :yeahkright:

Exactly ! & not only that but the times he was wrong was before & at beginning of Britney's residency when he didn't really know them. Now he's more involved with her team & has been right. He was right about the revamp, make me, & then the BBMAs before it was even announced. People are so quick to call him a "liar" but yet ignore the fact that he was the first to reveal the song title & was accurate

Sure a VMA performance would be amazing, but I think the only way Brit's team would even consider it is if they are being held in Vegas, at the new T-Mobile arena. :mahhaw: So I'm not going to even get excited about the possibility until they've announced where the awards are going to be this year... If they say Vegas.. then I'll get hyped..:yayy: not til then tho.. ;)
