Do you think POM will have new changes?

Besides the possible costume change (BBMA outfit used in POM just like last year)

 

Do you think Britney will have some changes, surprises in the show when it returns Friday?

 

She did say in a interview that POM would be changing from time to time with the new revamp

I'm not expecting major changes as in new songs until the new single or the album are out, but it could be possible that she adds the new Toxic choreography and hopefully she'll have more new bits of dancing!

She didn't say it was gonna change from time to time lol.. She said she has an album coming out so there's more changes to come. So to answer your question no I don't think there will be any changes aside from the bbma costume. I think once the new single is out then she'll add it to the setlist for her August shows & once her album gets released she'll add in like a couple more but that's it
