Why does Glenn seem to hate Britney so much?

So I was checking his instagram and I was so surprised to see that the makeup that he's done for other people is actually good! I mean:

Britney treats him like a close friend, why can't he repay all that love by doing a good job?

Just kidding though, he's done a pretty good job sometimes  Some others... not so much  

But recently she's been looking FLAWLESS  You can't deny that.

She had been looking great on the last leg of shows because Glenn was on holidays, but judging by last night's look I guess he's back  

I hate to talk about this because it looks like I'm one of those annoying trolls who keep bashing her, but I just think that it's a shame that her glam team doesn't do their job right sometimes, I mean, even in this IG video her makeup was 100 times better than last nights!

If you're referring to last night,  I think it's obvious Britney did her own makeup lol. Her shadow was all smeared & not placed properly. 

ugH I don't know how to say this without sounding like a cunt but Britney has a little bit of an older complexion. She doesn't have great skin like the people Glenn works with due to her smoking. So that's part of the reason why she comes off wrong sometimes. it also doesn't help if u have a basic makeup artist. Glenn also uses cheap products. Britney needs a better makeup artist that uses great quality makeup such as Mac ..etc

her skin is aging because shes getting older and her genes seem to be leading her towards taking after her father's skin texture and such, i think her meds play a role too, plus she probably spends a lot of time in the sun when she's home. smoking does play a part too but she probably counters that with her diet and skincare routine.

not that i am for smoking but i have sister who has been smoking since she was 17 and if you saw her you would think she's in her 30s, not her 40s. 

i do agree that britney should quit smoking already but i don't think its the main reason her skin appears this way, i really just think its the aging.

her makeup looks better here because she's not wearing a lot of color on her eye. she has the cut crease in going on in a darker neutral  and then glitter on the lids that's close to her skin tone and the eyeline isn't heavy. any makeup artist can do this look and other like it so i don't think it's his ability or that he has something against britney. she probably did her own make up last night and for the other nights when you guys are certain he did her makeup but it looked bad, she probably asked him to throw on a whole bunch of shadow and her eyes now have permanent bags so the shadow only highlights that. she has been heavy with the shadow for years and its always looked bad when she does it because it looks like she just smears it on and doesn't do the gradient you're supposed to do when you do a proper smokey eye.

But britney don't care and i applaud her for that. it's definitely not a topic that deserves continued attention on these boards, britney is proudly imperfect and doesn't care to be 100% all the time.

Oh yes I completely agree with u but the thing is Britney's aging process is happening rapidly. Smoking can make u look 10 years older than your age & ESPECIALLY being in the sun a lot just like u mentioned. Lbr if Britney didn't smoke & didn't tan as much she would be looking like onyxney/circusney right now. Her voice has changed as well compared to how she talked during the circus era & before that. & also bad makeup can age her as well

My only makeup qualm with Brit is the heavy eyeliner on the bottom. She has favored that look forever, but I just don't think it does her beauty any justice.

I mean, honestly she has heard the worst insults she possibly can, from an unimaginable number of people, so that's probably why she eventually learned to do Brit, worry about her friends and family (and to a healthy extent her fans) and absolutely FUCK the haters. I honestly doubt it. If she hadn't had as much stress and all the other stuff then I think she would still look like 05ney. BUT i also want to add that she's always looked slightly older than her age anyway. Unless she smokes a 2 packs a day or something, the smoking thing is more gradual. The thing it does right away is stain the hair, and the fingernails and the lips. Wrinkles and bags will come with age and stress factors.

The BBMAs was some girl Melanie Martinez or something like that lol what a coincidence her make up looked good that night 

Glenn Nutley is not good for Britney, they should hire a better make up artist  (Mario Dedivanovic please!) who actually works with A list stars and knows what works and what doesn't, it can't be possible that Britney's make up looks awful for big events or awards thanks to Glenn  Hence why Britney gets a lot of bad comments from GP about looking really old.

It's not the make up, she just uses target brand skincare or cheap things. My home girl needs Sandra bullock skincare routine 

 

 

 

shes 51 and looks flawless!!!! With and without make up. She needs healthy skin to get the makeup to be perfect. It's not the brand it's her skin. I know this because I have a background in marketing skincare and I'm getting my certification in dermatology. She needs to treat her skin more often ?

Do I remember hearing that Britney once freaked out and did not want anyone to touch her?  I think sometimes she only lets hair and makeup artists do so much before she takes over.  Honestly, I would not like someone in my hair and face all the time.

I know beating a dead horse here, but I really wish her team stuck with Fran Cooper.  She is the only makeup artist that knew how to paint her face to perfection both for the stage and off.  Glenn and now Melanie give great moments, particularly while indoors, but overall are very hit or miss.

Mmm I think the reason why she looked older for her age in her prime is because all the makeup she had on but when she didn't have none she looked very youthful tbh. Smoking does play a huge part in the aging process but it doesn't age u as quick as it happened with Britney. I do agree that stress has a big role in it as well. I think maybe all the injections she's had has something to do with it as well

I'm sure the "raccoon eye" makeup could look good if it was done properly, but most of the times it just looks like they throw coal on her eyelid and that's it, you know? The execution is what needs to get better in my opinion
