Fan Made DVD's??

Anyone know where to find some high quality fan made Britney DVD's? I've been looking around online for a DVD of Britney's full HD performance (with the intro video) from this year's BB awards. Something with full case and disc art. If anyone knows of a place or if you can make one that would be FAB and I would definitely be willing to pay for good work. Lots of people still like to use physical format, so I'm sure I'm not the only one looking, so help a sis out! Thanks!
