The MM IG video is old

Here's why I think it's old:

 

The video is done. Choreography has already been learned and practiced.

This was probably her rehearsing before filming the mv.

Why "practice" again? Is this the way she promotes the new single now?  

 

OR

She's going to perform at the VMAs and is retouching the choreo

 

What do you think?

Can we imagine for one second if she promoted the album like she did before at nightclubs? I know it's a lot to ask for but given how focused and involved she is this era anything can happen.

I dunno I think it would be awkward to perform it at such shows like Ellen and stuff.. I just don't see her dancing like in the video for a tv show and then doing a little interview just as soon as the song ends playing. Probably for a big award show where thd song ends and she just goes backstage.

Maybe you're right and it was recorded before the MV, but maybe just maybe she's rehearsing for some promo performances

Because the video is done doesnt mean this is old. We dont even know if there is choreo on the video, and if there maybe it's not the whole thing and anyway a performance is never like a video there will be some changes obviously, she's not dancing/walking during a whole video unlike a performance.
