hey guys :) this is ThereCanBeOnyxOne!

as i posted allready an hour ago i will now teach u how to draw britney spears  (or someone else u like) FOR BEGINNERS..

i did this in at least 7 hours and normally i take more then 14 for one so its not perfect..

i dont really like it but i didnt had more time and for sure i cant do it from the beginning again.

maybe next few weeks i make on much better with pastel. this one was made with pencils

its kind of hard showing my art to u cuz all of know brits face more then good^^ so u see any flaw. i hope u can distinguish her at least a bit ;)

ok here is the picture i drawed together with the original to compare

htf357xz.jpg

sooooo i dont know wether u like it or not. i dont really like it but i never like my own art...

NOW i will teach u guys how to draw it step by step IF u draw first time a potrait.

i dont draw it that way normally so dont bash me or stuff if u are on a higher level. if u are- show me one of yours

and i will make one flawless sometime to proof i can do it better :P nah im just playing guys.

please excuse my really bad english i will write this once and

know its really long so i wont read it again and as i said im not really good in english..

but lets start!!!!

u need to know sometimes i will write explanation over the pic sometimes under.. so read the text and notice pics meanwhile..

ignore my signation cuz for sure i cant post 50 pics in one post so maybe a sentence is cutted of..

first u need good pencils good papers and a soft ereaser.

dont use pencils ereasers or paper u use in school. they are crap and u been frustrated. so take that 5 bucks

and by some nice one ;)

eqakfco8.jpg

as u can see i payed 5 bucks. these aint the best. the best are farber castell but i moved over to another flat

and got all my stuff in a cellar 100miles away from here so i didnt want to pay another time 30 bucks for best

equip- but this is ok

be sure paper is 100g per sheet or more. that is important cuz u are bluring alot with tissues and if u get a kink in

the paper u can throw it in the litter. i drawed more then enough potraits now and i really threw a lot of them away only

for a single kinks.. so trust me buy good paper! u need pencil 8b or 6b as u see and a soft ereaser..and another 2b pencil

that hb i didnt used i only bought it for some notes..

bbdh4opn.jpg

then u need a pic. for beginners its important thats a foto and its from the front.

be sure the mouth is closed cuz drawing tees is kind of stuff for more expirienced drawers..

cut the pic so its only the face and make it black white. now print it and mark all the white places with a marker.

for sure i dont do that when i draw its made for u to let u understand what drawing is about!

u need to see the white areas and the darker ones..

3gg4cwy6.jpg

drawing is just 3 things.

1. getting the proportions

2. seeing the white and black areas

3. have enough motivation to learn it

the first thing i cant teach u. i could but trust me that is really kind of stuff u need at least 1-2 years to understand what i mean

and to make it. so we are not looking for point 2 in this thread. point 3 is up to you ;)

and now i teach u a trick for beginners.

put the sheet of paper over the printed one. be sure it gots the right size etc. its known as tracing and

any good drawer would kill me to tell u that but it really helped me in the beginning to learn it so trust me its

ok if u do it. by the time u will learn how to draw without if u draw long enough..

so u got 100g paper or more. u normally dont see anything. and heres another trick

put it on a glass plate and take a strong light under it! now u can see the image quiete nice on ur paper

u83tjlve.jpg

as u can see the image is good visible now

4j9cn34b.jpg

we only need two things before starting

a fat cup of coffee. if u dont like take whatever u want. but that session is gonna be long so take something^^

7y9razmi.jpg

and a laptop to browse ur forum meanwhile and be sure u stay completetly addicted to britney ;D omg i love u brit but im getting of the point..

f9poi4i8.jpg

before u can draw a potrait u need to know how to draw eyes.

eyes are the most important thing of face.

so this is how u draw eyes step by step.

ixswl68v.png

even if u do this u can impress people really a lot^^ i dont do it for impressing

i do it cuz its a really peacefull hobby and i like the process but when i drawed my first eye my mama was near to crying^^

btw i took more then 5 h to draw my first one. so if u want to draw u need time and u really need to WANT it.

if u just want to got the skilz u will never get them. u need to train soooo much even if u got a lot of talend..

OK NOW WE CAN START: ah one last thing. make a mark on ur sheet of paper that u can find allways the right position if u

shake the paper. be sure that will happen cuz u turning it arround..

so i know think u can draw eyes... in the potrait the steps are kind of different. for example. drawing the eyeleshes is on of the alst steps

but u can see that on the pics below anyway..i cant explain any single detail otherwise i can write a book..so excuse me for that.

ok before starting with the lamp and the outlines u need to make a mark on ur sheet of paper. that helps u if u shake the paper by turning arround

the dont lie exactly over each other so this mark is necessary for u beginners

7anaioaw.jpg

now start with copying the highlights of the eyes. ( allready explained what it is under how to draw eyes.)

6hrntjax.jpg

draw the eyes and the eyeleshes as u see them

after that draw some of the dark parts of the nose and of the hair for example.. be carefull when i say "draw" at this point.. u really really

only draw really soft. never use pressure. just like sliding over the paper. if u use

pressure once in the progress u destroy the paper!! if its destroyed u cant repair it!!

thats another reason why my portrait was so bad. the paper was to cheap and done after a while and i need better one which is stronger and more expensive

to make it better..

giteijuc.jpg

now make the form of the head ..

wylmiluv.jpg

and paint a bit of the hair..

cym585xl.jpg

now we start to make the dark parts a bit more visible and thats why i made the eyebrowns now darker!

its becuz if u dont make them darker u cant see later where they are (thats only for beginners- if u copy!!) i wont write that now anytime

if u are on the level u dont copy u know how to do trust me ;)

jtor2e7b.jpg

here i made some misstakes cuz i used to much pressure. use the SOFT eraser to make it clean again.

NEVER use normal school ereasers for a potrait.if u only do the eye tutorial its ok but if u use it in potrait

u will destroy the paper and.. ah u know!

tv3q6mwe.jpg

now we give the face more structure by creating dark areas

be sure u draw them in the direction like they are. i know u know what i mean and can see it. some of them i made red so u understand..

9snx7cvq.jpg

go on giving structure..

jen5mj29.jpg

now start forming the ereaser to precise working...

ok u should now be sure all the black and white areas are right..! we now "blurring"(is that word right?) the areas with a tissue

u hvae to be 100% sure the areas are right so use the red marked print to compare. after blurring

an area u cant erease it simple again! the presure presses the carbon in the paper! so be sure

ff8gwtpb.jpg

i only blurred the right side to make the difference better visible for u guys..

kqyrh25y.jpg

and the rest...

now we starting again with making parts darker...

jxbi3w6o.jpg

k7bz8olw.jpg

and blurr again... even if u are a beginner u should now make "the light out"..

8zhphnev.jpg

now draw the outlines of the eyes darker! only the outlines! not the eyelashes..

xkcz2237.jpg

and make them more precise..now use the harder pencil and and draw the eyes with the tutorial till the step u see in the following picture

make the pupils dark now..

i3iv92u7.jpg

and draw the iris

2pctf72n.jpg

as u can see we getting closer...

npbephjp.jpg

now use the 8b again

and draw the middle of thelips dark

epvzduvi.jpg

paint strokes from the middle to corners.. ah dont know how to say in english. just look at the pic please

dljo42ha.jpg

and blur it

Posted

kte4g2m4.jpg

now make the eyeleshes dark

lemztl6l.jpg

and make the steps again u made allready ( make dark areas darker and blur)

be sure u dont blur over the white areas in the pupil!!!!!!!!! theyy have to stay as white as u can!! the more they are white

the more the eye looks "alive"

k2jqs7j5.jpg

no we getting the dark areas really darker!

uha5vr8i.jpg

and blur them again... ok from now i only type blur (for using tissue)

after that its all about comparing...and training for sure!

have a good look for the form of the pic and ur potrait and mold the head..

knrhxage.jpg

its all making dark- bluf

mqosihf3.jpg

8q6ai956.jpg

at this point i destroyed the paper :(((( i really hate that! aaarrrrhhh

s4foaxen.jpg

normally i would throw it in the litter and punch against the wall but at this point i allready drawed arround 3 h

and didnt want to start again cuz i wanted to finish it for u so u have to life with it...

after repairing it as good as i can for arround half an hour

its getting closer

y6lx9835.jpg

now its again. compare make dark and blur. btw at this point i drawed eyeleshes on the bottom of

the eye...have a look for details changing between to pics for urself please

5pktevss.jpg

now draw the hair more nice. i never drawed a hairring before so that was new for me and

i was under time pressure. excuse if its not perfet. use small and short strokes to create structure

j8ykiucl.jpg

and blur

iipf4u34.jpg

and more strokes...

xl6rl672.jpg

and blur..

5e3zhvem.jpg

from this part (or even before sometimes) its kind of usefull using the ereaser to blur not the tissue.

u need to use both but dont forget the ereaser while using the tissue so much;)

so the hair getting better...

m7q3er3q.jpg

here i made the eyes more realistic...

68cnu97m.jpg

and the nose needs some more work too...

and blur...

58tdbdir.jpg

compare again to the "original" or in ur case the helpingpaper

g8x4z3op.jpg

now try to compare to a colored one to see the difference more precise..like on laptop TV or print it with colour

yswsdyua.jpg

draw the ears. u should know at this point how to do ;) liek teh nose or modelling the head..

qatxw85r.jpg

have another look and make it more better at all... here i cant say i work on this

or that. its about all;)

cyp3phdg.jpg

now use better light to see how u destroyed the paper and where u have to make the portrait better

p4muve53.jpg

the dark parts u should now make much more dark! like the eyeleshes

89v42tmw.jpg

finish the work with making it at some points more smove and DONE!!

ok guys as i said its not perfect and its not even nice in my eyes. but please believe me

i think i know how to draw i made this 50% for britney and 40% for u guys 10% for me... i hope u got now a nice

overview how to draw a portrait. trust me u dont need the light anymore if u drawed arround 20

ones this way.. i was kind of out of practice at this time. my last portrait was arround 1 year

ago cuz i really had a lot of trouble but whatever.. im used to use better pencils and so on but whatever.

if i will find time again i will make really "amazing" one on a3 with pastell but please dont wait for it.

IF i draw i want to draw it in one step. and i got nearly never that time ( like 14-17h)

i know pros are much faster. im not a pro im just some hobby artist..

britney i love u and u guys who readed this fully love u too :) hope at least one

had fun with this thread.

some day im gonna draw my woman in really big size -that is the dream :)

to train arround 2 years for and noone really told me so i give it to u for free and u can

learn it in less then a half. love u guys u are welcome :-*

2. i would like if u tweet it for brintey so maybe she sees it. even if i dont like it it would be

nice.. but i dont got hope for that and dont make urself stress...

and last but not least i know that sounds stupid and hope u dont missunderstand that-->but

REPOSTING THIS IN ANOTHER FORUM OR BLOGG ISNT ALLOWED AND WILL HAVE LEGAL MESSURES: my mom is a famous

lawyer so that is no work to fukk ur ass!

( i wish i couldnt write that but i see all the stolen topics everywhere and im defenetly not a one

whos looking without doing something if his art is stolen even if its not the best)

soo sorry for writing such adonky mess but its a bad world and i didnt want to make a watermarked on it

OMG what an excellent tutorial

One thing that I don't like it that ur laptop shows Exhale instead of Universe :teethless: But that's okay :-*

U're flawless

no it is universe as u can see on the mood button which doesnt exist on exhale. its the dark theme which looks quiet like ;)

wow cool tutorial, I#m sure it will help people a lot:)

I've been an art student for 4 years now and my teachers have always told me not to blur things but to work with hatching

this is only for beginners. if u paint pro u dont blur or even erease. the highest pros can even draw with a pen ;)

but like i said i m not very fast and i really tryed to draw it they way i ve begun :)

I combine methods.

I loathe hatching without blending. It drives me nuts lol.

That said I've found effective ways to combine the two over the years.
