"Britney Jean" Was The Way Out.

RCA fucks over their artists. They killed the Strokes, one of my fav bands. They hit back tho; their most recent album, and final album with RCA, "Comedown Machine"'s final track, the cheekily-named "Call it Fate, Call it Karma" is a huge zero-fucks-given lament that sounds nothing like the Strokes sound RCA has groomed and clipped into something bland and commercial; it's also one of their best songs imo :tbh:

wow thanks sooooo much for posting that. it all makes sense now. she's been soo upset with her label and her evil team (which ive always suspected were the most evil people ever) that she became depressed, uninterested and forced into her career. thank god her contract is over now and she can do her own thing now. i hope she does so freaken bad.

That's such BS! They've never given her control or freedom. Even in the beginning, she wanted to be an artist more like Sheryl Crow, but they made her do pop music. Though, I am kinda happy about that because I would rather have BOMT anyways.... :umomg:

But still! Notice her unreleased stuff from Original Doll and stuff like Everyday is even better than most of her released discography. Her team pisses me off so badly. :bitchrant:

To an extent you're right but she's always pushed to release things she really believed in and they let her do what she wanted after a while. Point proven with Britney (the album), with Slave, and Bombastic Love and Overprotected, and MATM and Toxic, etc...

No BS bby. My insider has the real dish tbh.

I knew they scrapped her ideas since the FF album.. well, way before. Remember the 'Britney' album? it wasn't supposed to sound like that. They include songs to match 'Crossroads' more.

I honestly wish her to gain freedom in her music. Because that's what she REALLY loves.

Let's hope she will find it after her vegas residency and a well long deserved break.

It's so obvious that she was just so out of it during the FF era and even during the start of Vegas, but I slowly see her passion coming back, especially in the third leg of her shows. There's fire in her eyes again, and I hope that as her residency continues, that fire in her just keep burning brighter and brighter. It's so sad when she can't live her life the way she wants to.

Her team seriously needs to give her more artistic freedom. She's proven time and again that she's capable of making smart, intelligent career choices. They need to stop treating her like their puppet, and start truly working WITH and FOR her.

Our poor Queen. :crying4:

Lol I don't mean your insider is BS. I just mean her team is BS. Yeah, she has gotten her way sometimes. Most of the time she doesn't, though. :crying5:
