Should Britney debut her Second Single at the VMA's?

If the rumors are true that she's performing, she better bring it! Gaga is about to release her new track too.  She needs a sick controversial performance that everybody will be talking about for days. The second single should be upbeat, experimental, and ground breaking!  Fierceney!

I say ditch Make Me just so whinny whores won't be all like "RELEASE THE ORIGINAL VIDEO!"  

She should just surprise perform the second single and slay with hot choreo

I just hope G eaz y will be with her for MMO live.. not sure about the 2nd single,  they're going to promote Makeme 1st, you got VMAs, I heart festival and it's been strong on radio

She can perform both MM and the new single at the VMA's it would be double the buzz and attention each song!

I keep wondering about the second single and if it's going to be Private Show or something else. I hope for something else, not because I dislike Private Show, but because I feel like we've already got a video with the commercial, you know? I hope the VMA's are a go this year, tbh I never expected her to perform there again, but this year I'm actually hoping for it.

I feel the same way, even though I like Private Show I want something completely new and different to open with a BANG! The VMA's is a perfect occasion for surprises and to shock the public

It would be a really nice idea. It's been 9 years since Brit Brit hasn't performed at the vmas, and this should be a really iconic performance and we all know why. Also Bey and Gaga are set to perform, so there're  going to be a lot comparisons + If she is performing MM with G-Eazy she has to be 100% into it, it's like she is going to have some help from him. What I'm trying to say is that everybody should be talking about how amazing she was without mentioning G-eazy or something else that isn't her. 

 

Also, every Britney's VMA performance are iconic, even Gimme More (I really think she was so sexy despite not being 100% in shape)

"Make Me..." is such a good song so I wouldn't mind an epic VMA performance of it alone.

This VMA performance need to be set up as a return. They need to reference her previous performances. Even if it's just playing "It's Britney Bitch" just before the music starts. I don't want her to just get up and perform and get off, The GP need to be reminded of Britney's VMA iconic-ness.   I wouldn't say no to a quick little medley at the beginning (that includes GM) to warm everyone up. 

 

Besides that, I think if they really want to push Make Me as a grower single she should perform it at the VMA's. A new single would distract everyone. Unless they have a gold standard Direct-to-No-1 2nd single they should hold off.

she needs a banger with some fierce upbeat choreography to win the GP again... so i say NO to performing 'make me'...

 

maybe a short stripped-down version (kinda like 'i cant get no satisfaction' in 2000) could work as an intro, but she needs to bring the house down with some heavy club material and hot choreo.
