Flop Fan Confession: I Only Preordered Glory After I heard "Clumsy" was coming out!

I know I'm a flop and I enjoyed Make Me and Private Show (More than 90% of what was on Bethenney Joel)

But when I heard "Clumsy" was a dance song I pre-ordered the deluxe version.

I wasn't gonna' buy the album until I heard more that was on it (This was the first time I felt this way as a fan)

Now before you jump on me I did purchase "Make Me..." day 1 of its release but to be honest with you as a fan who didn't enjoy Britney Jean I was reluctant and wanted to hear more material off the record first.

And as much as I enjoy Make Me and Private show as a fan (Because they offer the opposite of what we got quality wise from her last release) I'm still nervous.

I don't know if I'm the only fan who feels this way, I still feel unsure of whether or not "Glory" will slay. I think after hearing "Clumsy" I'll get closer to knowing if the album is going to be something I champion or just simply buy as a fan.

Don't hate me I streamed "Make Me" every day until the MV release.

I'm only human

Whether you preorder or not it doesn't make you a flop fan, in fact not buying music doesn't make you a flop fan either. :mhm: It doesn't matter how many albums, songs, etc. you buy its just having a passion for an artist you love and staying a fan :tbh:

I never preorder albums just because I like to listen ahead of time to whats gonna come out that way I can decide what I want to buy or not, Glory is my first album I ever preordered so yeah :mhm:

If you like Britney, you a fan , Pre ordering isn't a requirement

on my end, Britney is the only artist I would ever pre order for. No matter what I am getting it. It's Britney and she is my only queen. This is the first pre order for me though because I always got the physical CD in the past. but I'm done with that now. And it seems to be paying off

It's my first ever preorder too

"Make Me" seriously made me consider it, I enjoyed "Private Show" but "Clumsy" will probably give a more clear picture if its good as the first two then I think this might be her best album in a long while or possibly ever.

I preordered the deluxe, wbu

Same. It's my first digital album preorder.

I usually just went and bought the CD. But OMG - I'm excited about the music!!!

My confession is that i rather stream it first after the britney jean debacle and then buy it.

If "Clumsy" is one of Britney's best singles ever recorded will you pre-order?

It makes sense.

I jumped the gun a bit with my pre order. I'm hoping "Clumsy" is at least "Till The World Ends" level instant catchy dance song smasha

:eatandlaugh:

If not then I'll probably cry myself to sleep listening to ITZ, Blackout and FF on repeat

I hear more and more people wanting a Femme Fatale 2.0 with all songs being possible singles.

I'm really confident in the quality of this album, just by listening to Make Me and Private Show I can tell that this time Britney is being fearless and getting out of her comfort zone, especially with her vocals, I mean she's doing things with her voice that I had no idea she could do (has she ever reached a note as high as the one she hit on the bridge of Private Show?) and the production of those songs is amazing aswell, so I'm sure the whole project has been carefully prepared, it's not rushed or anything

I always support home girl ( not saying non pre order people do not )

So I pre Ordered as soon as I heard the news . She has never released a record I hated tho Britney Jean I was a tad underwhelmed I still bought it for my library . In other words I will always buy her music and never steal it . ( not including unreleased stuff of course )

Doesn't make you a flop fan haha . Everyone just goes about Music differently . You seem to be here for her and her Music I don't see a flop there.:goodside:

Well, I'd be here for a toxic 2.0 but since Bradley stern said the song was more club-ready like TTWE I'd be here for that too.

Though to be honest I would love a song on the record that is as original as "Toxic" or as dark as "Gimme More"

I think the new tracklist with the song titled "Rose" is gonna bring the Artsy Fartsies

Imo it doesn't matter how much money you drop on an artist, ofw you like them you like them, no one can tell you differently.

I preordered right away just because it's Britney and that's what I do for her, but I haven't been this excited for a new project in a long time. This music is so different and her passion for it brought back all my early Britney memories, so I'm counting down the days til release!

Hey good for you for being honest.  I really like how they're releasing the songs because it's making more and more people pre-order when they typically wouldn't.

I think this is perfectly normal for a lot of Britney fans! :mhm: Let's be honest 90% of her fans (myself included) are slayed the most by DANCENEY! It's the reason she's as popular as she is.. just like Janet used to be.. so I think it's totally normal to want or expect dance bangers! If WB had done better or if they would have released TIG or BA from BJ and those were successful, I'd doubt we'd even be getting a song like MM tbh.. I think the industry is winding down on dance pop a little bit but that doesn't mean Britney fans will.. SHOOOT IMMA BE SHAKIN IT TO BO AND FF 20 yrs from now like that shit just dropped!!! :yayy::yayy::thirsty::queenflopga:

I preordered the deluxe too, but at first all I did was just buy make me, and private show alone and then 2 days later when I got more money I decided to preorder :mhm: Britney is probably the only artist I will preorder from because it's iffy :tbh:
