She cancelled the day of the release and the day after. It's very possible that she's doing other stuff like radio interviews and press release, GMA, Ellen, not all promo has to be linked with the VMAs. 3

THIS! Obviously I would LOVE a VMA performance and I think it would be the BEST form of Promo.. but promo is promo and I'll be happy with it in any form! Especially if it's promo that was important enough to cancel 2 POM shows! I mean THAT'S some REAL promo! Whatever she has in store for us I think it's going to be something GOOD! 3

There hasn't been ANY mention from Britney or her team on the VMAs and that means it's not happening. Why do you guys do this to yourselves every year?

But I've always taken everything with a pinch of salt since the desert fiasco. So I ain't putting my hopes up over speculation.
