It's Britney, we even know who produced this, Jesus Christ. And it does sound like her.

It really doesn't though. The way that girl sings isn't how Britney talks/sings. Listen to the lower register, Britney's voice is deeper/more alto. This girl is a breathy soprano.

So If we are denying Just Luv Me then we should deny whole Femme Fatale, every track does not sound like Brit but like a robot!

FF is obviously Britney. This girl just doesn't sound like her and I'm kind of bugging that everyone thinks it's her. I honestly don't hear it.

I'm really scared that ends up being not Britney, because it sounds really good and i'm falling in love with this song! :crying3:

Yeah it's a good song. Sounds like a Selena Gomez demo tho and not a Britney track. I don't hear any of Britney's nuances in her voice. It sounds like all the other "demos" we've gotten with some basic background singer trying to sound like her.

When I heard Britney was working with the writers of Good for you I got really excited because I love that song and wanted a Britney song with that style, so you can imagine how much i was fangirling when I heard this song, I really hope it's Britney!

I've been listening to Britney since 1998 and I've heard every track countless times, even the weird ones. It sounds like Britney in Over to You Now, it sounds like her in This Kiss, it sounds like her in How I Roll, it sounds like her in Big Fat Bass, it sounds like her in Now That I Found You... This doesn't sound like her. We'll find out soon enough, but I don't hear it. :displeased:

Did you become a Stan during the BJ era or something? Because if not you really don't deserve to call yourself a Britney Stan at all, you don't even know your own fave's voice :zoomzoom:

BOMT single era. I had it on cassette, bopped to it on the bus in jr high. :displeased: I've probably been a fan longer than you've been alive. :byebitch:

It sounds like a demo that someone pitched up to sound like Britney, but it's not her voice. Trust.

I mean, it sounds like Britney but not how we're use to hearing Britney, if that makes sense? Like she played with her voice and the production of the song in general is different.  I also think it's too LQ to make a proper distinction either way.

Have you listened to anything Britney has done prior to 2007?

EDIT: Hahahaha someone beat me to it.

First example I thought of.

EDIT: I just feel like this "doesn't sound like her" may snowball when it turns out to be her into "OMG Myah 2.0!"

Still doesn't sound like this snippet. Not sure where you hear Britney's voice. Yeah, it's breathy and kind of whiny but it's not her voice. I don't know how else to say it lol

about you thinking this will snowball into a Myah thing. I'm guessing this same song will come out with Britney's voice and everyone will claim this demo is also Britney's voice just unedited. :jackk:

I'm telling you, it's not her.

I got ya. I feel like it totally does, I found a bunch more songs to compare, but if you don't hear it here you won't hear it there.

If it gets confirmed, are you still going to think it's not her? That's not meant snarky, I honestly want to know.

I don't think Team B would make that mistake again. If they say it's her, I'll accept it... it just totally does not sound like her to me. Make Me, Private Show and Clumsy are are 100% her. It sounds like a demo for Selena Gomez to me. I'm not trying to throw shade or say she had someone else singing for her, but I've listened to it several times and I don't hear "Britney" in it if that makes sense. It reminds me of all those other "leaks" with girls who sound like her.

Maybe this song really is a Glory demo, but I don't believe it's Britney singing on this snippet.
