It's not possible because whole material is copyrighted contend and then YouTube will block this for worldwide.

If you make video mix with some videos and then your result is 'messy' for youtube so then youtibe allow this video but only with warning but if you upload some full original MV what is uploaded on Britney's vevo so then they will block this.

Yeah it's poorly upscaled and the audio sounds like it was recorded underwater.

Idk....maybe they used restoring program for video and they clicked to 1080p 16:9 ...but still it will be converted video without lose quality to 4:3 (1920x1080>1440x1080) so pixels will be just in square.

I have a flashdrive called passport. I have a folder on there that us all Britney . I don't use youtube to steal others shine. It's for my own entertainment.

It looks like it was upscaled from SD

 

This video looks kinda bad. Did an intern do this? 

 

They should have just exported as H.264 at 20mbit and it would have been ok.
