Britney Puts an End to Her War Against Sam Lufti

Britney Spears is ending her 7-year war with Sam Lutfi, the former manager who accused her of drug abuse and defame his name. Lutfi and Spears reached the agreement last week , according to documents obtained by TMZ. Sources familiar with the situation say that Britney paid to Lutfi " 6 figures " but less than $ 500,000 in legal fees estimated that would have cost continuing demand.

Hopefully his lawyers take most of the money he got from Britney, but I have a feeling this is not the last we hear from that parasite as he will probably show up again when he wants more money and attention for himself.

I'm glad this is over. I wish she could've crushed him in court, but I totally get just wanting it to be over and at the end of the day, what's 6 figures? Chump change to her and something he'll probably blow through quickly. At least this part of a sordid past is OVER.

They already reached a settlement last week which means she no longer has to be in continuance or associated with him . She's done & there's nothing more he can do since they settled. So he's officially out of her life

As much as how upsetting to find out Britney gave  him his way pisses me off because he did not deserve it or did anything to help her out in any sort, but the bright side of it is that he's out of her life for good

Girl that won't stop him from doing anything. 
Just because they reached a settlement, doesn't mean he won't come out...5 years down the line or something with some new "Shocking" relevation.

Sis u know nothing regarding the law now do u? After a settlement is reached the case automatically becomes closed.  All he wanted was the money that "he was owed" due to managerial reasoning & regarding the "abuse" he went thru with her father & britneys "drug use". The case regarding that is now closed & they all reached an agreement. It's done

Okay, but what you are not understanding...is there there is NEW CASES......THAT CAN BE STARTED....
No one is arguing THAT CASE is closed...they are saying, NOTHING is stopping him from opening another case, if he wanted too, in the future, with some new bullshit he never presented.

I bet the settlement came with a provision stopping him from suing her again and the money is probably contingent on him not speaking to the press about any of this. Her lawyers most likely worked that out for her.
