Imagine if Toxic had a video with horses Overrated? I believe it's perfectly rated. Radar is awesome, don't get me wrong. I love it. It's just not Toxic worthy. It's very basic, repetitive, and the "da da da da" at the end is not radio-friendly, especially for the time.
