I say she cashes in on this controversy (while simultaneously saying nothing at all) by casting him as the Love Interest in her Next Music video. 
That way, when she's asked about him (and possibly the divorce, though I doubt her team would allow it), she can say "Oh i've always loved him as an actor, and fan girl every time I see him, so it just clicked" or something.
