Ok, I already replied in some other threads, but I see everyone's making their own thread so I thought I'd make mine aswell :blackoutsmiley:

I was really excited to see her performing on a music festival because it's something that I really enjoy when other people do it, and I have to say that Britney did not disappoint me. First of all, her looks were out of this word, her body looks amazing right now, we already know that but I can't stop getting slayed because of how good she looks :crying1: Her makeup, hair and outfit were perfect aswell! Her energy and attitude were amazing, I love how it was just as good as one of her Vegas shows, which proves that she's confident enough to not get intimidated by a huge crowd of people who are not her fans, this, for me, is what stood up the most!

Now, about the actual performance/choreography, I have mixed feelings about it. Overall, I loved how it felt like a classic Britney show, with no props, no costume changes... All about her and her dancers. Some numbers looked great, even better than in Piece Of Me, especially Slave, that song was my personal favourite of the set because the new choreography really works, it looks very sexy and smooth, and of course you can never go wrong with the iconic dance-break. Toxic was great at the beggining, much better than her just standing on the tree, but I was a BIT disappointed when she didn't do the BBMA's choreography, it would've made that number perfect! That is actually what bothered me the most, the fact that they showcased some of the worst choreographies of the show, and I'm talking about Stronger and Crazy. No matter how energetic, happy or bubbly Britney is, those performances just don't look good. I feel like they could've done some other songs instead, like Gimme More or even another song from Glory, which is the album she's supposed to be promoting!

All in all, I'm really satisfied with her performance, even though some parts could've been improved and I missed more material from Glory I'm glad she's putting herself out there again and getting out of her confort zone! Compare the beggining of the BBMA's performance, where you could tell she was still a bit nervous, to this half an hour set and it's obvious how much her confidence has grown in such a short matter of time! I'm ready for her to keep working and improving herself :yay1:

Now, let's see how many of you are going to read my three paragraphs essay, sorry for making it so long :embarrassed:

I agree with slave! I actually think was a highlight and it looked flawless in its entirety!

The beginning of toxic was awesome too! Combined with the BBMA breakdown it would have been the best performance of the night!

Work bitch and entrance! Speechless!!

Whatever people may think about Make me, I love the choreography and I love listening Britney's voice on me, myself and I!!!

Some parts of the whole half hour performance felt a bit stiff but I need an HQ video to judge properly...

I think slave was great too!! Overall I liked it.:yay1: The first part was the best and she started getting tired in the second half. I would have performed, as you said, Gimme more or maybe a Glory song instead of others. The energy was very good and she looked awesome but we knew that already. I think it is a step forward in the right direction. The next step is new and more consistent choreographies. For the fans expecting Prerecorded or even Live vocals I think you should stop expecting it. She has barely prerecored vocals for her show is Vegas how can you expect new vocals just for a festival show? :lmaolol:

Yeah but she's doing multiple performances to promote the album. So she can pre record the vocals once and use them again and again. She can get away with in POM, but at something like iHeart where the whole world pretty much is watching, it's probably a good idea for her to pre record the vocals :no1curr:

I agree! I said in another thread this performance proved Britney doesn't need the distraction of props - both slave and toxic were SO much better I don't even mind toxic didn't have the bbma choreo. There's no hope for crazy/stronger though and if that was replaced with another song off glory I would have been completely satisfied with the performance. Overall it was a great performance, despite the few things that could have helped it be better, I'm just so happy to see Britney so happy and putting herself out there again.

She probably thought it was a good idea to catch her breath with those 2 performances...!

I would have replaced them with Baby one more time/Oops!!!

Those 2 slay lives! ;)
