No but seriously, I love how she gives credits to these younger artists instead of shading them, it's amazing how humble she is

Im sure she see's alot of herself in Selena...I mean cmon Selena is the younger generation Britney (without the stage presence and history of dancing) but shes delivering bops. Imagine what a Selena record will sound like when shes like 26 or something. I think she'll always refer to Britney in terms of music

Britney is clearly wanting it, and I highly doubt if Selena got offered the idea, she'd say no.

She did use some of the same producers and writers, minus Max Martin, that worked on Revival.   Personal bias aside -- Glory is a much better listen sonically, lyrically & vocally -- Selena Gomez's album is filled with good songs that helped usher in mood/mid-tempo driven tracks for female artists within the last year and a half.  It's a sound Britney has already done ample times, so SG certainly isn't the first, but it's been more mainstream since the release of "Good For You." 

 

I wish I could stan Selena, she's clearly a stan, but I find her voice devoid of any personality or melody.
